Over fifteen years ago while consulting an ice cream parlor chain,
I suggested several new menu items. Among those was Hot Fudge Cake.
Today, it is still in the top five selling ice cream menu items.
 Cake
and Ice Cream have been served together for who knows how many
years? I think everyone eats it at least once a year (on your birthday).
And if that’s not enough almost every major sit down restaurant
serves cake and ice cream together in some form or other. In recent
years cake has been added to hard pack ice cream to create many
exciting new flavor combinations. So, why hasn’t someone
put these great favorites together into a hand held novelty before
now?? That’s a good question.

our noses all this time. Fudge Cake on a Stick. In our version we recommend
you put one 3" cake round from Awrey’s Bakery on a puck of marble
fudge ice cream that is the same or slightly larger size and dip the whole
thing in chocolate to hold it all together, finished with crunchy roasted
almond pieces. Square or rectangle variations are also available.
